Yes, all VICIS helmets come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Components such as faceguards and chinstraps are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We accept returns of unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-painted helmets and personalized apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
